How the ORDER Program Roadmap Works
8 months, 4 phases, and how unlocking works.
1 The four phases
Foundation (Months 1–2) gets your baseline and first systems. Systems (3–4) builds your operations. Team (5–6) develops your people. Scale (7–8) replaces you from day-to-day.
2 Monthly rhythm
Each month contains 4–6 lessons. Work at your own pace, but the roadmap keeps you honest: your current month is marked "In Progress", completed months get a green check, and future months stay locked.
3 Completing a month
Finish all lessons in the month, then complete the month review. That unlocks the next month and updates your overall program percentage on the dashboard.
